The house is located in the Murter water area, on the small island of Tegina.
It is located on the southwest side of the island and overlooks the town of Murter and the bay of Hramina.
With a small boat, it takes 5 minutes to drive to the town of Murter, and 15 minutes to the town of Betina.
The possibility of renting a boat, which is charged separately for €25.00/day.
Ideal for exploring the surrounding bays and islands.
A full tank of fuel is provided at pick-up, and a full tank of fuel must also be returned at the end of the rental
or additional payment to the owner.

The house is located 50 meters from the sea, nestled among olive trees.
